As a Waiter/ Waitress he/she has to take care of the customers as soon they arrived the restaurant, cleaning and arranging the table, provide them a menu card , explaining about the food & service of the restaurant. customer satisfaction is the main goal of this role.

- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present the menu and provide complete information about the food and service
- Prepare and arrange tables by setting up linens, silverware, plates, and glasses
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon customer’s request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders
- Communicate order details with the Kitchen Staff
- Serve ordered foods & drinks properly
