Responsibilities

  • identify trade marketing plans for each category, market & channel (including listings, recommended pricing, promotions and shelf placement) by analyzing and following up business performance, markets, competitors in line with the company guidelines.
  • provide the identification and implementation of development and improvement plans according to business results and monitor constantly efficiency of implemented plans by interacting with Sales and Marketing Teams in accordance with company guidelines.
  • develop business development projects for the existing sales channels as well as new sales channels by searching appropriate channels for each product & category with the direction of superior, in line with the business strategy defined and in observance with company procedures.
  • ensure the management of the annual trade marketing budget and monitoring constantly in observance with corporate guidelines.
  • guarantee the full operational support to market specific launches & campaign development, in order to maximize the market performance in terms of effectiveness, timeliness, efficiency, and quality, by working closely with internal and external partners to implement the plan (e.g. sales, logistics, service providers, agencies, staff, suppliers, etc.).

Qualifications

  • 4 to 8 years Experience in Trade Marketing
  • Ready to join immediately
