Sr. Manager

Sr. Manager has the responsibility of planning and directing the work of a group of individuals. Monitor their work and takes corrective actions and guide workers.

• Providing guidance to direct reports ,Line managers and supervisors
• Has to  make sure the clarity around priorities, responsibilities and target for the entire functional area.
• Approving requests for investment to a certain level of authority
• Managing & maintaining financial budgeting for the function
• Approving, hiring and firing requests within the organization   
• Guiding the talent identification and development processes
• Working with senior management for strategy development and plan execution.
