As a Purchase Coordinator, you will be responsible for following the defined procedures in ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, and payment. Preparing the vendor list by managing Work and the Projects.

  • Knowledge of Policies, and Standards for Purchasing.
  • Generates and provide accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, and figures.
  • Assists Executives in all the aspects of purchasing to ensure better quality and profitability.
  • Managing the inventory rotation for all storeroom
  • Purchase food and beverages based on business needs.
