2.Instructs subordinates in safe working practices maintaining and reporting day-to-day observations in operational areas for unsafe working practices.
4.Prepare and execute daily toolbox talks on shift start, and as well always once required, ensuring team is up to date with safety and operational requirements and targets.
6.Maintain close communication and coordination with operators and other stakeholders in regard of weather conditions, ensuring safety practices and addressing it properly to the line manager.
8.Monitor and observe vessel berthing and sailing live process, having ahead and live communication with stakeholders ensuring proper preparation is readiness, and as well safety practice and efficient performance.
10.Responsible to get all operational boarding documents (i.e damage reports, certificates, disclaimers, checklists, etc) duly signed by the vessel`s command on berthing and sailing.
12.Ensure to have proper OOG and/or Breakbulk plans, and ahead of time prepare material and handling process for smooth and timely operations.
14.Provide a proper report of any breakbulk and/or OOG being handled with proper timing and resources/equipment usage.
16.Maintain communication with control room as engineering once observed equipment’s breakdown, and have continuous follow up;
