Role and responsibilities

  • Liaison with logistics, service providers and inter BU team members
  • Interco ASN Management
  • External Supplier ASN Management
  • Manual ASN Management - Create a manual import record
  • Inbound Shipment Approval - Approve that import record
  • Broker Communication
  • Post-Entry Management
  • Prepare and track the shipping plan for the month
  • Prepare transport documents for incoming shipments
  • Prepare shipping documents for outgoing customer’s orders
  • Communicate with different teams to facilitate the dispatch of the orders
  • Resolve issues arising during the order execution process
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager

Job Requirements

  • Min 3 years of experience in Logistics
  • Should have freezone area experience
  • ready to join ASAP
