Full TimeAs a Field Service Specialist, you will collaborate with a talented team to do on-site repairs and preventative maintenance. Manage onsite customer relationships and ensure the smooth operations of the robots on-site.
- Troubleshoot and perform on-site repairs including correct preparation to perform the repairs.
- Assist customer with the handling of non-hardware on-site escalations.
- Analyze data and identify indicators of potentially degrading components.
- Review existing product designs for adherence to safety and compliance practices regarding functional safety.
