Proven knowledge of software tools and advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Resourceful and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. 3+ years of experience in construction, cost estimating along with 6-12 months of on-site experience preferred.

• Takes ownership of medium-to-large estimates and is accountable for that specific work scope.
• Conduct detailed analysis of contract documents.
• Providing a detailed breakdown of tenders indicating expected profits
• Ability to understand scopes and communicates gaps.
• Reviews bids and perform bid evaluation and select the best pricing.
• Recognizes risks related to the project.
