Responsibilities : Debt Recovery, Collect income, recover arrears

- As a Debt Recovery officer, you will be responsible to Collect income and debt and manage a portfolio of properties.
- Proactively recover arrears owed by telephone, also via other forms of communication available.
- Continue to work with residents providing advice and support to avoid legal action for the recovery of debt Liaise with a range of internal and external agencies to resolve debt management issue
- Investigation of housing benefit or universal credit claim
- Manage key relationships with external service providers.
