Customer Support Representative

Provide high level customer support to customers, manage end to end customer order processing. Direct customer engagement. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage end to end process for customer orders – incl. export and local customers.
  • Manage end to end process of inventory stock orders from internal Tecumseh manufacturing regions and external 3rd party suppliers / vendors.
  • Input, issue & document POs, PFIs, commercial invoices in the accounting system (Quickbooks).
  • Maintain import / export order book tracker & weekly sales dashboard.
  • Maintain inventory stock tracker (on hand, in transit, ordered, & booked).
  • Respond to all customer correspondence via phone or email.
  • General administrative & secretarial work related to local JAFZA business entity. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Management.
  • Minimum 3+ years prior customer service experience.
  • International logistics / freight forwarding, warehousing experience a must.
  • Positive customer service attitude.
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge / previous experience working with QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Knowledge / previous experience with international trade & logistics processes.
  • Relevant HVAC&R trade industry experience an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task in high paced environment and detail oriented.
  • Experienced in using -

o   Dubai Chamber of Commerce website;

o   Dubai Trade Portal;

o   & JAFZA Portal an advantage.
