As a Butcher, you will attend to the meat preparation needs of the guests and report to the Market Manager. Provide the best customer service. Also clean, cut, weigh, pack and label meat in accordance with Eataly’s high-quality standards

• assists guests in selecting products.
• shares knowledge of preparation and cooking techniques.
• Stocks counter neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner as per the pricing menu.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary station according to the Department of Health standards
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
