Accountant

Assisting the Director in directing the financial activities of the organization, preparing all financial reports and safeguarding the assets in accordance with GAAP and the Hotels and Resorts Standards. Should have good experience in handling Accounts payables, Accounts receivables, Reconciliations.

• File and distribute credit card cancellations and credit warnings.
• Process and follow-up on all returned checks accepted as cash payment.
• Reconcile bank account with daily cash reconciliation journal.
• validate deposits in transit; reconcile bank accounts monthly to General Ledger.
• Process all approved invoices for payment and maintain the file in an up-to-date manner.
