Client Services Manager

As a Relationship Manager he/she will join our Commercial Music Team. He/she will be involved in the full pre- and post-sales cycle, and will partner with Music Artists, Music Labels and Aggregators to ensure successful campaign development, revenue growth, and client retention. The role will focus on the management of current music accounts maintaining their business with the company by offering them more business opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve medium and long term sales targets according to the directives and KPIs set by music artists, labels, company defined within sales and marketing area.
  • Prospect for new music artists and labels and support country managers by using his/her contacts in the industry to generate revenue and research new business leads.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing music artists and labels.
  • Manage qualified leads and opportunities negotiating proposals with new music labels and artists.
  • Maintain sales system updated with information about ongoing leads, opportunities content sales and proposals to produce accurate reports and sales forecasts.
  • Gather relevant data and monitor the music market trends including the music operators, music content and service providers and others relate to music and telecom.
  • Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and tenders.
  • Service management of assigned music artists accounts ensuring appropriate quality service levels. Overall internal coordination of music labels and artists account related activities.
  • Liaise with Service and Delivery Coordinators to ensure completion of service delivery process, quality of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct frequent follow-up meetings with Music Labels and Artists. Creation, execution and revision of action plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of different music genres in the region, latest artists, current trends, releases and music industry and music technology and developments.
  • Excellent negotiating with people across a different roles including Music Labels, Music Artists, and Key Decision Makers.
  • Experience meeting sales quota goals and revenue expectations
  • Ability to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects/accounts.

Work Experience: 5+  years of experience in managing digital or mobile or online campaigns, servicing clients, sales planning and marketing position in either Telecoms, Music or Digital Media.
