As a waiter/ waitress he/she has to take care of the customers as soon they arrived the restaurant, cleaning and arranging the table, provide them a menu card , explaining about the food & service of the restaurant. customer satisfaction is the main goal of this role.

JD:

Greet and escort customers to their tables
Present the menu and provide complete information about the food and service
Prepare and arrange tables by setting up linens, silverware, plates, and glasses
Inform customers about the day�s specials
Offer menu recommendations upon customer�s request
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Take accurate food and drinks orders
Communicate order details with the Kitchen Staff
Serve ordered foods & drinks properly
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
Deliver checks and collect bill payments
Carry dirty plate & glasses to the kitchen for cleaning
Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials,.
Follow all relevant health department regulation
