As a Registered Nurse she has to take care of patient's documents, frequently health checking and reporting to Doctors, Coordinate with other doctors, physicians regarding patients' current health status , coordinating with patient regarding their daily care activities.

Monitoring patient�s health by completing the nursing process.
Collaborates with Doctors, physicians, and another multidisciplinary team
Provides physical & psychological support to patients.
Identifies patient requirements by interacting personally with patients and their families.
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients.
Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and hospital or regulatory standards.
Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
