Support the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirement, Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations., Meets commitments to customers and display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements.

  • Recover customers by offering special rates & offers
  • Give reminder calls to Appointment customers
  • Upsell the available products (Service contracts – New/Renewal, Rustproofing, Paint Protection, Insurance Renewal)
  • Influence customers and Cross-sell services & products to gain additional business
  • Qualification:

    CRM qualification with knowledge of Tele sales, marketing principles and strategies

  • Good communication  & proficiency in computer applications
  • High energy levels, Self-motivation
  • Fluent in English writing/speaking  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired.
  • Ability to adapt to change and multi-task are essential qualities
  • Demonstrate Sales/ Customer service communication skills  
  • A self-motivated and energetic personality.
  • Punctuality and efficiency, with the ability to prioritize.
