Job Purpose:  
She has to communicate with the potential customer B to B sales and develop an effective pipeline to succeed in new business. The sales executive’s main aim is to up-sell service to clients depending on the business needs. The individual builds strong relationships with the clients to exceed the targets. Target-oriented candidates are preferred. Roles & Responsibilities 1.Generating leads and converting them into opportunities for sales. 2.Contacting potential B to B customers via telephone and email. 3.Developing and maintaining new database contacts of potential customers. 4.Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive service sales. 5.Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. 6.Searching always for new clients generating chances to make an appointment. 7.Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales 8.Schedule appointments for a manager to meet prospective customers. 9.Calls prospective customers in a designated market area to qualify leads and explain the type of services offered. 10.Tracks daily, weekly, or monthly personal sales and direct reports to the manager. 11.Reporting to the manager immediately on any customer disputes or difficulties or other significant matters. Requirement  1.Outbound calling, Tele sales, or customer service experience essential. 2.Excellent communication skills and a robust telephone manner 3.Proven track record in a sales environment Personnel data and statistics are efficiently recorded, stored, and retrieved as appropriateHe/She has to communicate with the potential customer B2B sales and develop an effective pipeline to succeed in new business.
