PROJECT ENGINEER ( POWER GENERATOR PROJECT)

• Extensive coordination within internal team such as Engineering, Quality and Logistic for project’s A to Z scope & deliverable. Managing critical solutions for all power generation projects, covering single or multiple designs for generator(s) – diesel and gas, controls, integrated switch gear, balance of plant items and civil construction needs. Managing contractor site team
• Managing supplier order, deliverable, Quality.
• Addressing contractual requirement and ensuring scope delivery on time. Managing customer communication and liaising with customer.
• Identifying and managing project risk, and developing risk mitigation plan, Project Scheduling and Schedule update
• Preparing project reports and management update updated
• Conflict management and extending collaboration in different team for achieving project goal.
• Ensure adherence to the guidance provided and inclusion of legal and finance functions in all projects undertaken
• Assists Project Managers with project issue resolution
• Monitors the status of all projects; advises Project Managers on the design and development of project plans and time lines.
• Achieve KPI targets:
• Maintain or improve project profit margin.
• Ensure third party supply material meet quality and cost.
• On time delivery of all projects. No LD claims.
