Apply for FANR (Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation) NON for Inbound and Outbound shipments that calls for FANR approval, update Outbound Tracker on FANR status, save the FANR NON and supporting documents on Share Folder and upload the same to document library.
Follow up with Freight Forwarders for Bill of Entry copies, EXIT Certificates/Claim Acknowledgement copies, update Outbound Tracker, and save the Exit proofs in Share Folder.
Support with coding Freight invoices, upload the invoices to DataServ, and save the invoice copies and batch numbers in Share Folder.
Support Logistics team with shipping activities as required.
