Skills requirement

Skills/Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant)
  • 3-5 years of experience in mobilization/demobilization
  • Packaging Concept Knowledge  
  • Warehouse working knowledge.
  • Awareness of working in ERP
  • Knowledge of English language, working knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage

Job Description

Responsibility

  • Control of packing as per packing policy of LS
  • Packing of DG Cargo according to IATA/FIATA regulations.
  • Fill in time “LOGISTICS” excel file on hard disc
  • Confirm shipment items/contents reference to final Packing List/Commercial Invoice MOB/DEMOB
  • Assisting Store Keepers
  • Control ETD/ETA of Purchase shipment and inform purchasing/production
  • As per request of purchasing/ production arrange shipment material.
  • Providing the daily reports to the Supervisors. Execution of other tasks as might be requested by HOD or Executive Team

Accountability:

  • Control of packing as per packing policy of LS
  • Issue import/export customs declaration for HFZ customs, inv/pl for HFZ customs
  • Create shipping documents (inv/pl) based on production pl
  • Confirm shipment items reference to final Packing List/Commercial Invoice MOB/DEMOB
  • Assisting Store Keepers
